3. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Since items are custom-made, please allow 2–7 business days for production before the item ships.

• Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific print provider used. Dark Humor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

• Inaccurate Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are printed to order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

• Required Evidence: To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must provide a clear photo of the damage or the error.
