At Dark Humor, we want you to love your purchase. However, because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.

1. The “Made to Order” Nature of Our Products

All items sold on https://darkhumor.net/ are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process through our partner, Printify. This means that as soon as you place an order, we produce the item specifically for you.

Because of this unique process:

  • We do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

  • Please consult our Size Charts (available on each product page) carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item (wrong design/size/color due to our error), we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

How to report a problem:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the product delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or the specific error in the print/product.

Once we verify the issue with our print provider, we will send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately—no need to ship the defective item back to us!

3. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier and our print provider to arrange a replacement for you.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the print facility. You will be liable for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

5. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print provider and are usually donated to charity after a certain period. Dark Humor is not responsible for refunding unclaimed orders.
